Description

INVERTER TECHNOLOGIES

Mitsubishi Electric inverters ensure superior performance including the optimum control of operational frequency. As a result, optimum power is applied in all heating/cooling ranges and maximum comfort is achieved while consuming minimal energy. Fast, comfortable operation and amazingly low running cost -That’s the Mitsubishi Electric promise.

INVERTERS – HOW THEY WORK

Inverters electronically control the electrical voltage, current and frequency of electrical devices such as the compressor motor in an air conditioner. They receive information from sensors monitoring operating conditions, and adjust the revolution speed of the compressor, which directly regulates air conditioner output. Optimum control of operation frequency results in eliminating the consumption of excessive electricity and providing the most comfortable room environment.

ADVANCED INVERTER CONTROL – EFFICIENT OPERATION ALL THE TIME

Mitsubishi Electric’s cutting-edge inverter technologies are adopted to provide automatic adjustment of operation load according to need. This reduces excessive consumption of electricity, and thereby realises an Energy Rank “A” rating for 25-35 classes and “A+” for 50 classes. In accordance with European latest energy label standard.

TRUE COMFORT

Simple comparison of air conditioner operation control with and without inverter.

Point 1 Quick & Powerful

Increasing the compressor motor speed by controlling the operational frequency ensures powerful output at start-up, brings the room temperature to the comfort zone faster than units not equipped with an inverter. Hot rooms are cooled, and cold rooms are heated faster and more efficiently.

Point 2 Room Temperature Maintained

The compressor motor operating frequency and the change of room temperature are monitored to calculate the most efficient waveform to maintain the room temperature in the comfort zone. This eliminates the large temperature swings common with non-inverter systems, and guarantees a pleasant, comfortable environment.

STYLISH DESIGN WITH FLAT PANEL FRONT

A stylish flat panel design is employed for the front of the indoor unit. The simple look matches room aesthetics.

ECONOMIC OPERATION

Impressively low operating cost is a key advantage of inverter air conditioners. We’ve combined advanced inverter technologies with cutting-edge electronics and mechanical technologies to achieve a synergistic effect that enables improvements in heating/cooling performance efficiency. Better performance and lower energy consumption are the results.

SILENT OPERATION

Quiet, relaxing space is within reach. Operational noise is a low 22dB (25-35 classes). Operation is so silent that you might even forget the air conditioner is on.

LONG PIPING LENGTH

Compared to previous models, the piping length is significantly increased, further enhancing the ease and flexibility of installation.

OPERATING RANGE

As a result of an extended operating range when cooling, these models accommodate a wider range of usage environments and applications than previous models.

COMPACT UNITS

The widths of both indoor and outdoor units are compact, making installation in small, tight spaces possible.

Specifications

  1. (*1)Refrigerant leakage contributes to climate change. Refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP) would contribute less to global warming than a refrigerant with higher GWP, if leaked to the atmosphere. This appliance contains a refrigerant fluid with a GWP equal to 1975. This means that if 1 kg of this refrigerant fluid would be leaked to the atmosphere, the impact on global warming would be 1975 times higher than 1 kg of CO2, over a period of 100 years. Never try to interfere with the refrigerant circuit yourself or disassemble the product yourself and always ask a professional.
  2. (*2)SHi: Super High
  3. (*3)SEER, SCOP and other related description are based on COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) No.626/2011. The temperature conditions for calculating SCOP are based on “Arerage Season”.
  4. (*4)Breaker Capacity must be as per the specifications.
  5. (*5)Total input and current were measured under the below conditions
In cooling mode : Indoor temperature 27 degrees celcius DB and 19 degrees celcius WB. Outdoor temperature 35 degree celcius DB.
In heating mode : Indoor temperature 20 degrees celcius DB. Outdoor temperature 7 degrees celcius DB and 6 degrees celcius WB.
